Giga has raised $61M led by Redpoint.
Esha and I started Giga in our college dorm. At first, I just wanted to start a company with my best friend. Our original idea was fine-tuning LLMs for enterprises.
Only by talking to customers did we end up in customer support – not because we were passionate about it, but because we just wanted to change the world with AI.
Today, Giga is delivering massive impact for the largest companies in the world. We win deals with companies like DoorDash because we are focused on three things that matter:
Self-Improving Agents: our AI agents go from 60% to 98% resolution automatically
Fast Time-to-Value: we take customers live in less than 2 weeks, compared to months
World-class Voice Experience: we deliver ultra-low latency and best-in-class interrupts across 99 languages
Handling Enterprise Complexity
If you truly want to automate operations, you need to go after the hardest problems that the largest companies have.
Watch this video to learn how we solved one of the hardest problems for DoorDash:
At DoorDash, we operate at a massive scale across services, platforms, and languages. Giga leveraged usage data to deliver measurable improvements, including fewer escalations, faster resolution paths, and more efficient workflows across our teams. As we continue to grow across more than 40 countries and serve nearly 50 million people each month, partnerships like this are critical to delivering better outcomes for consumers on a global scale.
