Introduction

Giga has raised $61M led by Redpoint.

Esha and I started Giga in our college dorm. At first, I just wanted to start a company with my best friend. Our original idea was fine-tuning LLMs for enterprises.

Only by talking to customers did we end up in customer support – not because we were passionate about it, but because we just wanted to change the world with AI.

Today, Giga is delivering massive impact for the largest companies in the world. We win deals with companies like DoorDash because we are focused on three things that matter:
